On my return ride home to Phoenix AZ, from Marietta Ohio on the Eastern Ohio/West Virginia border, my bike began having problems riding down the Turner Turn Pike towards Oklahoma City. My indicator battery light came on arriving In Oklahoma City area. On Arriving at Iron Horse late in the afternoon I was immediately taken care of. Michael in service was great! The shop tech was awesome and was able to diagnose a failed stator and voltage regulator immediately. Parts department responded immediately also, in verifying parts availability and had part delivered asap by following morning, so that Michael could help me make arrangements to stay overnight. He verified my ESP coverage and helped me find a hotel room and food nearby. Not only did he help me find a room but he helped me with a ride to hotel and helped me carry my heavy gear to my room. Although it was unfortunate breakdown and a part was not readily available the Iron horse Harley Davidson team moved fast and courteous to help me get back on the road again asap and I was able to get a great night sleep knowing my bike was in good hands...

On a road trip with my buddy from Radford Virginia to Oklahoma City, I noticed an unusual sound from my 2007 Electra Glide Classic a few hours out of OKC. It was a hot day and I was of course concerned about the mechanical condition of my ride. The next day (June 17) I stopped in to Harley-Davidson World (Edmond location) just before 9AM, and was immediately greeted by the staff. My bike was put on the lift just after 9AM. Charley Daniel was the Master Tech who worked on my bike, and he diagnosed the problem as a bad bearing in the primary. In passing he also noticed that the exhaust bracket just behind the rear cylinder had broken and also replaced that. While everything was opened up I decided to go ahead and have the clutch plates replaced.
I cannot say enough good things about my service experience. Charley kept me up to date on what was happening with the bike, consulted with me on the recommended repairs, and kept at it until the job was finished and I had the bike back a little after 1PM. The noise was gone (the bearing displayed clear signs of being in the early stages of breaking down), the clutch worked more smoothly, and I was off and running. Today I arrived back in Virginia, and the bike is running fine.
The same day turnaround on a repair like this was really outstanding. It takes great people to make things like this happen. For a transient like myself to come into a dealership for the first time and receive friendly, professional, and prompt service is a wonderful thing.

I would like to commend "Wingy", in parts dept, and Charlie, my mechanic of over 10 years for the great job they do! Wingy is always kind, helpful and knowledgable. And Charlie is also always accommodating , friendly and a good technician. Last year in February, I had some motor work done to my 2010 Road King, the bike ran better than the stock bike. However it did not perform up to my expectaions. I took it into Chuck at the I-40 Rockwell store and asked him him if he could make it run like I was told, and with a few minor changes and tweaking, he did. The bike is producing 110 hp & 100 ft lbs. of torque,the throttle response has greatly approved. The handle bars are for hanging onto now as well!

Harley Davidson World, I just purchased a 2009 Softail Deluxe. What a sweet bike! After getting mislead and lied to at another Oklahoma Harley dealer I called Harley Davidson World. I explained to the salesman Chad about the misadventure I had at the other dealer. He was very helpful and made me a great deal. I talked to Chad on a Wednesday, and even though they didn't have the bike in stock, I rode one away on Saturday. All of my add-ons were available and installed. They explained the features of the bike to me where even a caveman could understand it. Overall, a great experience, profesional people, and one hell of a bike!

"I purchased my bike from Ron at the OKC location. Great experience with the sales & finance people. Last year I was riding my Heritage near the Edmond store & my engine light came on, so I dropped in. I had installed new plugs just about 200 miles before. Lonnie at the edmond shop helped me immediatly, he had it diagnosed & fixed in 10 minutes or less. (bad plug) Needless to say that made me a customer. My latest experience really made me want to give shout out a super big thank you & say great job to the Edmond shop & personnel. Last week I had my Ultra Classic in for service & a tad bit of warranty work. The experience I had with Todd, Wing, & Charlie Daniel was far more than I ever expected from a dealer. Everyone is excited for your purchase not just the person that sold it. We have talked with everyone in the store on multiple occasions everyone is passionate about what they do. Our twin boys enjoy the trips to the store because all the attention they receive from the sale ladies. We love the straight forward price and no hassle. Just give me your best price right from the start and let's go. Not well I talked to my manager and here is the best price we can do. Then come back 10 minute later and say well my manager is really wanting to sell you this bike so he will take another grand off. We aren't buying a used car here so don't treat it like a used car lot. You will never get that type of service from Harley world like some other dealers in town. "I rode lots of street bikes in the '60's, mostly British, dirt bikes in the '70's, and some of both in the '80s. When I got married my new wife wasn't wild about motorcycles, so I agreed not get another one. But it has always been on my bucket list to ride a Harley. Luckily for me, I got the opportunity to spend a day touring Molokai on a Sportster. OMG! What a day! Two weeks later a Sporty was in the garage. Three months later, a buddy proposed a 2000+ mile trip. Sounded good; we left a week later. Super trip. Agreed to repeat in a year. As the departure date (September 2011) approached, the more I thought about a bigger bike. I began to talk to Doug Palmer and crew at Edmond Harley World, where I had my Sportster serviced. I liked the looks of the Heritage Softtail, but Doug gently steered me towards a Road King, and a test ride clenched the deal. I've never been happier with the purchase of a new vehicle of any kind. I LOVE that bike! They got me into the right bike, with all the right accessories, and have handled all questions [thousands] and all service with the utmost professionalism in a very friendly atmosphere. The entire crew is knowledgeable and helpful and have made my 'Harley experience' the best possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. "I bought my husband a Harley today. Jeff is 41 years old, has been a cop for 20 years, and has wanted a Harley Davidson for as long as he can remember. I have had several metric cruisers over the last 8 years and when we met 3 years ago, his biker blood ran HOT and then he REALLY wanted one. More than anything I wanted to give Jeff the one big thing he wanted and deserved. He is a wonderful husband, the sweetest father, and he is one cool cop. We came into HDW of Edmond a couple of weeks ago and met Doug, who talked to us about the different styles of bikes and when we left...we knew we would be back. Doug hooked us up today, making a dream come true for me by making a dream come true for my soul mate. "I rode to the Edmond location on Saturday afternoon with a clutch that had begun to slip at higher rpm ranges. After talking to Todd and Mac, it was determined that a new clutch was in order. The part was in stock and my bike was wheeled in and back on the road in barley an hour. I know Saturdays are busy and I was expecting to have to make another trip up for a service appointment. I very much appreciate the entire staff at this location. I have had the occasion to deal with all of them at one time or another and they are outstanding representatives of the company and of HD. I thanked them Saturday, but I wanted someone at the main office to know how pleased I am everytime I walk through the door. I live in Moore, but "my" HD dealer is in Edmond."

As I went to leave, it was at that time, the battery decided it was no more. A click of the starter was the best I could get. Ben to the rescue. He got me with Mac, the service advisor. Knowing my situation, Mac and Ron, the RST got my ultra up and going in the time it took me to change into my suit. Ben, Mac, and Ron are top notch people. "I recently stopped by your shop in OKC this weekend to pick up a few parts. Being stationed in Enid, I normally go by Formans in Stillwater or your other shop in Edmond since they are closer. But I happened to be down on that side of town and decided to stop by. The moment I entered I was greeted several times. I made my way back to the parts department and waited while Kevin helped another customer. What caught my attention was Kevin's helpful demeanor and friendly attitude. I figured he was friends with the customer in front of me. When the customer was leaving, I realized it was that customer's first time in your shop as well, and he seemed to be leaving very happy. When I got up to the counter, Kevin helped me with my parts in the most professional and knowledgeable manner I have experienced at any Harley shop in over 10 years. I will now make the extra drive to deal with Kevin in the future. And again, on my way out I was greeted and made to feel welcome several times by the other employee's I passed. "We were on the road from Washington DC and needed a couple of rear tires. I called in the morning and spoke to Richard in parts. He said he had the tires in stock and said come on in. When we got there we rolled right into the service area. In less than 2 hours we had two bikes with new rear tires. It is always nice to get that kind of quick attention when you are travelling. "Very pleased with my overall purchasing experience. Everyone was awesome to meet and work with. Doug Barnett rocks. He is perfect to work with in purchasing a new bike. He actually asked questions about the type of riding I do, short trips, long trips, touring. Whether I ride all seasons, or fair weather. Do I mainly ride 1-up or 2-up... And many many more. But, what I found out was, that Doug really cared about my riding experience and wanted to make sure that I got the type of bike that fit my needs. Doug even spent time with my wife, (not like that, step up on the curb with the rest of us), in finding out what type of riding she likes, (see, there you go again). After Doug finished working with Dana and myself, we were convinced that the V-Rod was our bike. Next step was to narrow it down from the Night Rod or the Muscle. Doug was patient through-out this process. He even endured my multiple visits to the showroom, to look and re-look, touch and re-touch, question and re-question. You'd think that would have done it, but no way, this was my fist HD, and it was going to be right in every way. So Doug waited some more. But, the problem still existed, I couldn't decide which one was right for me. But, I think Doug knew which one was right for me, he couldn't just tell me that, because he knew it had to be my decision. He apparently gave this some thought, or has dealt with my type before, as he just knew how to finally make my mind up for me. He rolled that Muscle outside, (it's the one he picked for me all along), and let her glimmer in the sunlight. He prompted us, (my wife and I - not Doug and I. You people are a little warped), to sit on that bad girl. Then he offerred his services even further, by suggesting that he use my brides i-phone and click a picture of us just sitting there, imagining... Well, if that wasn't enough to convince us, he managed a few other store personnel to find their way by us, and make subtle comments like: "Wow, that's a good looking bike", or the classic one, "It So Fits You". Well, as you might have guessed, I had no choice but to give in. (He never even thought about bringing the Night-Rod outside for me to look at). You see, it took several weeks for Doug to show me what I knew all along. Granted, I'm a slow learner, but I've got one-heck-of-fast scooter. If you want a new bike, see Doug. He Rocks... (PS - If you really read this thing all the way to the end, you should seek help, or get out on your own scooter, becasue you have way to much time)... See ya on the Blacktop."

"I wanted to thank Mac and the rest of his crew in the Edmond service dept. I went in with some funny noise coming from my front rotor. Mac said to bring my Road King in and he'd take a look. I was concerned about this type of service not falling under warranty as it could be normal wear issues. I have owned several Harleys and have ridden for years and my wife finally decides she wants her own ride. The first time in the Edmond store Mike, Jacqueline and Wing made us feel right at home and Mike quickly found us the right bike for her. From day one EVERYONE in the store made us feel like family and long time friends. Everytime we came back they knew our name and always asked how we're doing and how much we enjoyed the new bike. "I was impressed with Doug's fast response to my E-mail about the 06 heritage on the showroom floor. I had decided that this was the one for me and Doug made it possible. I talke to him on Saturday Nov 15.,called him back on Monday with card number and picked the bike up on Saturday Nov 22. I had an appointment time of 10:30 with Vicki to do the paperwork but there was awreck on I-40 that I helped before EMS showed up. Made a call letting them know I was going to be late. Vicki was understanding and shuffled another owner in front of me. She did a great job. Only the excitement of the open road was better than ringing the bell."

"My wife and I were on a trip from North Carolina to California in September when my speedometer suddenly stopped working. The next day (Monday 9/8) we went to Harley-Davidson World to see if they could check the bike out for me. Krennen immediately took our bike into the service area to try and determine the cause of the speedometer failure. At that point we didn't know what was wrong and hoped that we would still be able to continue the trip. About 1 1/2 hours later Krennen let me know that my bike was ready and the problem was only a sensor. While we were waiting the staff at H-D World were very nice to us and made us feel at home.
